Horrible place to live...

I'm so glad I'm moving in June. I moved to this place last June because I thought with all the renovations they were making and the professional demeanor of the leasing agents, that they were taking steps to make Mill Run much more desirable.
Boy, was I wrong...
The worst part of this place is how long these renovations are taking, and what renovations are not going to take place. I rented a "renovated" 1 bedroom apt, and it sure looked pretty inside. Now, the kitchen sink is lifting from the counter and the tile in the bathroom is starting to crack. And the first I found when I moved in, the beginning of last summer: you can't run 2 window A/C's at the same time. The electrical infrastructure is pre-war and hasn't been updated since. The management is horrible, renovations take forever... we lived without a floor in our common entryway for over three months, and the reason they gave was they couldn't put it down in winter. That's a load of BS, plus this January, most days topped out at 50 degrees or higher. And don't even ask what happened when they decided that the parking stickers needed to be changed... let's just say the police had to come and tell everyone to move their cars parked in the middle of Walker Ave.
This place is the pits!
