If yu are looking for a place that allows you to be able to save then this is the place for you. Its probably one of the best places to live in the "area". You are not going to find anything in Irvington , Union, or Newark that is COMPLETELY SAFE and free of people that may look suspicious. The parking is HORRIBLE. Guests will definetely park blocks away. Dont come home after a certain time of night because you will also be parking really far from your apartment. As a single female I never had anyone approach me on the long walks from the car but it was still a little creepy. I never saw a roach or rodent the entire time I was there. The community has working individuals who are just looking for a reasonable price.
The walls are relatively thin. You can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs.
Keep in mind before moving I checked just about every apartment within a few miles. If you do that you will definetely end up here versus anywhere else.
