I have lived at Mill Run at Union for almost a year now. Since I've moved in all that the leasing team mentioned to me about the complex has come true. They said they were doing alot of exterior work and I have to say that from when I first moved in till now I feel very proud to call Mill Run home. They have met all of my maintenance needs from a running or clogged toilet to locking myself out of the apartment. Many of the maintenance staff are very pleasant to deal with and I have a good relationship with my management company and the leasing staff. Yes I've heard of small instances as far as burglary but that can happen anywhere and has happened everywhere. This world is not a safe place to live in and we need to keep that in mind no matte the zip code. I feel the new management company is doing everything they can to make this home and we as residents should be receptive to this and not negative all the time.

Could you be more obvious as a member of management? Mill Run is a dump. The leasing staff are nothing more than used-car salesmen/saleswomen and the so-called "Resident Services" staff are rude and ignorant, especially Sylvia. There are several good four-letter words for her. Save us your transparent sanctimony and stick Mill Run.

This is definitely the management company, I used to work for them before they switched to a new company, and they would pad the comments all of the time. This is a shame..don't move here, dont do it.
