THE RENT IS GETTING TOO HIGH FOR A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT. THERE IS NO RENT CONTROL IN UNION, MY RENT INCREASED 8% EACH YEAR SINCE 2003, I CAN'T AFFORD TO LIVE HERE ANYMORE! IS IT WORTH LIVING HERE PAYING 1213.00 A MONTH FOR A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT, ONE PARKING DECAL, NO RENT CONTROL, A RASH OF ROBBERIES, "HELL NO".
