Mill Run only cares about one thing. Their RENT MONEY. I have been a resident for several years. Every year my rent goes up and I don't have anything to show for it. They are always fixing up the outside to make it look so nice, but when it comes to fixing up the inside (where you live) there are no improvements.

Mill Run fixes up their apartments after someone moves out. Those repairs are only cosmetic. Then they raise the rent. Look around the surrounding area. You will get much more for your money somewhere else. Mill Run is nothing but a rip-off.

If you have a problem, they ignore you. There is no customer satisfaction. People are constantly moving out of these apartments. You will see someone move in and before you know it, they are moving out.

Next year is my turn.

DON'T MOVE HERE!! DON'T DO IT!!

I cannot agree with you, I moved to Mill Run in 2006 to nice and fresh apartment. I have no problems and when my bath tub clogged and I called maintenance- my tub was fixed within 2 days. You complain that you have old apartment so why you don't move to renovated one?? Because rent is higher?? Of course!! Everybody would like to have nice apartments and pay as little as possible.. but.. Sorry.. Mill Run is quiet and pretty safe place to live! Everything has its price!! Great location- everything what you need is nearby.. I cannot agree with you!!!!!
