I've been here for almost a year and plan to move when my lease is up. More than anything else, I don't like Managements attitude. They do not care about your concerns, but will adamantly track you down if its something they need from you. Beware new tenants, they have new gas heaters in some apartments and they claim they will reimburse you for gas charges you incur during winter months. Not quite true, they only reimburse you a percentage, which you might need more than a math degree to comprehend. Overall, an upgraded project.
