Poor Laundry maintanance

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I am Mill run resident for three years Planning to move very soon. Laundry is very poorly maintained, mostly closed in the weekends, stinking and water leaking all over.. I feel it is not hygenic to use those king of laundrys. I personally go out of the property.

Also parking is tough to get after office hours. Every resident has a parking spot(That's what they say) but recently it is so tough to park after 8PM that we end up parking two to three blocks aways.
