I've been living at Mill Run for about 6 months and I must say that it has been a wonderful experience. The management staff are extremely helpful, thoughtful and considerate with the tenants. The apartments are giving to new tenants and great condition and are well maintained by management. The area is clean, quite and very safe. You can feel comfortable walking around the area or simply staying in your place having a good time with your family with no interruptions from loud noises or inconsiderate tenant. Parking has never been an issue for me because when you rent, you are assign a parking space. If you have a second car, you have the option to get a second parking for a small fee, which will compensate from having to stress over parking on a snowy day. Mill Run is definetely a great place to live!

I have lived in Mill Run since October of 2007. My experience has been the WORST!!! We pay $1300/mth, and have been told that we will receive vents in the second bedroom, and bathroom.....we are still waiting and it is March 2008. We have a 18mth old daughter, who can not sleep or play in her bedroom due to the temperture in the second bedroom. My fiance has to sleep on the couch so she can sleep in our room, so we can all stay warm. In addition to the heating issue, we now have mice, parking is not guarenteed, and we get all of these fabulous amenities for $1300/mth! The management continues to tell us that they will contact the head of management to resolve our issue but has not. I am extremely frustrated and now am seeking legal action to resolve our issue!
