I moved here to Mill Run to give my daughter a better educational experience here in Union. But Mill Run is Run down. The management does not respond to issues until maybe a month later, and still don't fix things. My ceilings have been leaking for over a year now (when it rains). The water has ruined my dining room, my bedroom, and my daughter's bedroom. The maintenance people have been promising to fix the roof for over a year, but my ceiling is actually dripping while I am typing this. It has been difficult for me to search for another apartment here in Union because of my work schedule. They painted everything to make it look pretty, but they are just covering up the secrets of the shoddy structures. Please do not move here if you have decent standards of living, because the maintenance here is simply disrespectful. Run from Mill Run!

I don't know who you are and why you write such thing about Mill Run.. It's my home too!! I moved to Mill Run year and a half ago.. I had some things that I needed maintains attention and I have to say that it's probably hard to cover so many apartments right away,. but I never needed to wait more that 2 days!! And all the people I spoke with were always very nice!! Of course Mill Run is not luxurious resort, but I find it nice and convenient place to live at!!!!

Are you crazy? Mill Run is probably an upgrade from your Eastern European nation, but here in the USA we have better standards of living! I know you work for Mill Run, but what they do is criminal! You will go down with the management! They are wrong in what they do. Any landlord who lets a ceiling leak for 3 months should be put in jail! ...and you will go with them! How dare you question my experience! Your class level is so obvious! (low) Don't you ever send me a message about why I exposed Mill Run and the slum that it is! You don't know what you are talking about. I don't care if it is your home. Mill Run is ragedy! The only thing they understand and attend to is for a tenant to sue them. So please, if you are going to stand up for Mill Run, make sure that they do what they are supposed to do, and stop disrespecting the tenants! Fix that crappy place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
