My name is Katarzyna Polanska, I moved to Mill Run at Union in late 2006 from Clifton, NJ.
I think it's great place to live. I like my new renovated apartment, even though the complex isn't new, i got new tiles and cabinets and all appliances brand new in kitchen and bathroom! My home it's clean and neat from the very beginning. I took reserved parking spot so I never have problems with parking, What I like the best about Mill Run it's that it's quiet neighborhood and within just few miles to all places I need or want to go- like shopping malls and airport and just minutes from NYC,
I'd recommended Mill Run to everyone.

ONE TIME I took a car service from new york the driver plugged in the zip code in gps and suddenly said He does not want to go there at all no matter what tips or money. I had to convince him to drop me off at newark penn stn( yes dude its ghetto alright , no questions about it) the had to take the local taxi , MAN NEWARKS LOCAL TAXI is another story to tell some other time ... for startes my wife for the firsttime when she got off newark intl airport I flagged off a taxi , but she refused to get inside the CAB so after some time she said THE CAB WAS JUST DIRTY too dirty for human use. we had to call for the RT22 limo service they send us pretty nice clean car . finally made it.

I take it you likely don't have a mold problem (or don't mind bleaching your bathroom walls regularly) and also have adequate heat in the winter? If you do, be thankful! very thakful! lol!
