I have lived at Mill Run for a year. There have been many problems at this apartment. No hot water for days on end, no electricity and finally MOLD growing in the closet, behind the bed and all over the bathroom. I called maintenance many many many many many times over the last few months and they DO NOT respond. You get the run around from the property manager and no one will return your calls. In response to the mold they came in and PAINTED OVER IT! They hot water issue was never addressed and at the end of it all they told me that it was my fault and I should let it run until it gets hot. I'm sorry but if it takes an hour for the water to get hot everytime you turn it on there is a problem! The longest I went without hot water was THREE DAYS STRAIGHT. Also, they put in new heaters. If you have a two bedroom apartment as I do you only have two heaters in the whole apartment. One in the living room and one in a bedroom. This means that the second bedroom is freezing cold all the time. Even with the other two heaters up as high as they go (which is only 72) the second bedroom does not get warm.
I dont mean to sound like I'm complaining about everything but I wish somone had told me about all of these problems before I moved in. This is truly the worst place I have ever lived. It has been one headache after another. You never know who to contact to get problems resolved.

What you need to do is contact Property Maintenance for the Township of Union. Once you let them know what's wrong, Mill Run will be knocking at your door trying to hurrying up and fix that crap.
No one should be paying that type of rent and not have hot water, and live with poisonous mold on their walls!
That is criminal.
Make sure you take pictures!

I have the EXACT same problems with my 2 bedroom. Mold ALL OVER the place, no hot water, no heat in the 2nd bedroom. And since they put the heating system in my oven hasn't worked. I called several times and no one ever came.
