Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I had someone jump thru my livingroom window in the middle of the night when i lived in one of the first floor apartments. The apartments were also outdated with no dishwashers, central air etc. There was mold growing all over the bathroom. There were no roaches in the apartment but I did have a MOUSE.
