Don't Move here unless you have no other better options

In my opinion management invests too much in outward appearance and falls VERY short on where it really counts. For example, there is a bad mold problem. There immediate solution is to paint over the mold. The heating is poor. The old heaters did not heat up enough to feel hot to the touch. Basically you had to use a space heater - which often blew the fuse. They recently installed new heaters, but get this, I live in a two bedroom and they ONLY installed TWO heaters - one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. There is no heat generaed in any other room! They claim the heater int he master bedroom should heat half the apt! And to make things worse, the heater in the living room does not even function properly so it is STILL COLD! They could do a better job of upkeeping the typically dirty, dungeon like laundry and responding to matinance requests. Overall, it is not the worst palce to live but you will likely sacrifice some quality of life while residing here. I am making the most of it...using a space heater until winter is over, praying the mold won't contribute to long term health effects, using a local laundromat, and saving up my money as the rent (which keeps ridiculously rising) as this is one of the main thigns keeping me here.
