I have lived in Mill Run for about 2 years now. The 1st few months I was happy, then they put the new heating system in... which took MONTHS to complete. There is only heat in the master bedroom and the living room. The second bedroom is always freezing, and so is the bathroom. Since they put the heating system in I haven't had an oven, I've called several times and noone ever came; I guess the heating company disconnected the gas flow. I also have mold ALL OVER the place; in my bedroom and in the bathroom. My furniture is destroyed, it smells and looks disgusting. There is rarely hot water, most mornings I take a cold shower. The walls are all cracking now also. They NEVER clean up the snow when it snows, the parking lots are sheets of ice as are the sidewalks and stairs. There is no lighting in the hallway so if you leave for work before the sun comes up, or come home after it sets you are walking into darkness. The dumpsters are always over flowing, so there is garbage all over the parking lot and lawns. Also, on a side note, the laundry facility is down a dark ally, so I have never gone in for my own safety.

This person is right. I used to work there and as I tried to maintain the facility everyday it wasn't worth it. Now they have new management and it will be worse than ever before.

I suggest complaining to the Union County Health Department. I am also a resident. The longer I live here the worse the experience seems to be. I have registered a complaint to the health department regarding the heat and they suggested that other residents with unanswered concerns complain as well. Until you are able to move, seek some help...the health department is one step.
