I need to know how the area is around there before i move.
Are the neighboros quit or noise because mine are here in new york
and are the walls of the apartments thick or thin so i woulnt here my
next door neighboros TV like i here it here.

hello, it will be just like the lottery. if you are lucky you may get at semi-quiet building but if u are on the first floor you will hear the people upstairs no matter how much carpeting they put down. the buildings are built cheaply and there is no soundproofing between floors. I lived here for 3 yrs. in the beginning not too bad but eventually hell everyday. mice everyday. break-ins once is too much. so move in with your eyes open and ears plugged.especially if its a first floor apt.

I agree with peaceatlatlast06. I just moved a couple of months ago. I haven't had any rodent problems & no break ins but I do live on the 2nd fl. I think you will get more break ins on the first and no, it isn't sound proof so you will hear your neighbors tv, radio, etc. I don't have a major problem with it because my neighbors mostly crank it up on the weekends. It really is a give and take, I moved from another apt complex across town where I didn't hear my neighbors at all but I heard the traffic constantly and that drove me crazy. Beware of maintenance, they are the worst. You won't get anything fixed for months unless you telephone harass them daily.
