Terrible maintenace, poor parking

We moved to millrun six months back and this place has the most irresponsible maintenance department. Our heating system went faulty one month back and even after calling the maintenance for a dozen times it has not been repaired. Someone came from the maintenance and found that the thermostat is faulty but has not done anything for three weeks. My previous experience with maintenance at Millrun is also horrible. It will take at least a week for the crew to respond after repeated reminders. Regarding parking you have to pay extra 50$ to get a guaranteed parking space. We have let our friends know not to visit us after 7 PM because of the lack of parking space. The only advantage is the location if you are working somewhere close by.
