I reside in Mill Run and have been here since the beginning of 2009.
The maintenance team has been very, very responsive to my requests.
I think that some of the tenants are very nasty and make it bad for the majority that want a very nice place to live.
How hard is it to throw your trash in the big dumpsters?
Why do people insist on throwing their trash on the lawn instead of a garbage?
Why do tenants have drip drop trails leading to their doorway instead of wiping it up?
You can fault management all day for the shortcomings or not being timely but at the same time, as tenants we need to hold ourselves accountable for keeping the upkeep of our apartments and the common areas in our units.

This is another example of management padding reviews for themselves. Tell me honestly who would go out of their way to review the apartment and chastise other tenants, call them nasty, and blame them for issues that management should attend to. This is a BS review.
