Lived there for one year. Everything they show you in the model is not what you get.
The very first week we moved in there was a problem with the leaking roof. Maybe that was the reason for not allowing us to view the apartment before moving in. Fast talking sales team in the office. Be mindful. Then came the the mice. People are very loud. The place smells of mold when it rains. Not a healthy thing. Had to call the Health Department. If you are accustomed to this type of living then its good for you. Not forgeting the ice on the walkway during the Winter.

I totally agree with this review. The office team pulls a fast one on you on renting the apts. Stating the apartments are beautiful and everything is new. The truth is the apts are not in good condition. Once you move in the apts you, you start to see the mold, just covered up by a shotty paint job...matter of fact everything that should have been fixed is not and is made to appear like the work is done. Shortly after moving in you see the truth. The roofs do leak and are in much need of replacement. There is mold all in the apt. All my closets was covered in mold I lost clothes and other personal items. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. It was like you looked one day and it just came over night. Everytime you contact the management office they try to fast talk you, do not fix the problem just cover it up. You have to let the management office know you are not stupid and will not just give your money to them. Union Mill does not want to FIX anything, does not want to spend any money whatsoever. However, they want their high rent. I am so disappointed with these people. If you have a real problem as I did, you must obtain an attorney to get any resolution. Union Mill does not want to do the work that is needed to make their complex liveable. I did not have a rodent or pest problem and my building was quiet.
