I moved into Mill Run the same year that the new management was brought in. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. The staff are very personable, approachable, professional, and accomidating. It starts at the Leasing Office where the individuals are very knowledgeable and professional and they always follow up the with concerns of us residents. Although I dont see them often, the staff in the resident services office are just as friendly as those in the leasing office. I personnaly cut maintenance slack because Mill Run has over 1100 apartments. Some residents need to realize that fallen blinds do not clasify as a maintenane emergency. Parking is not always availble however is manageable!. The landscaping of the property is always kept clean, and noise is never an issue regardless of what city you live in. I peronal opinion is to come see the apartment and models for your self....

This is a lie. If you read the predominant amount of reviews on Mill Run, you know this complex should be avoided. Mill Run is a god-awful dump--the writings above are pure fiction. The laundry rooms are filthy, fetid and dangerous. The maintenance staff speaks no English, are rude and never respond. The "management" office couldn't be bothered to answer calls or complaints. The person writing above is obviously someone who works for management. STAY AWAY FROM MILL RUN

This is a very fishy review. I lived there for a year and thought maintenance was awful, the electricity in the apartments was shoddy, they were cold, management wasn't that knowledgeable or helpful, and maintenance was a joke. I sent my laundry out. The laundry rooms were so awful I refused to use them. It's extremely odd to me that a resident would go so out of their way to praise such a hands off management team. It is equally odd that this resident goes out of their way to note that maintenance should be cut slack and that other residents complain too much (as if this resident is bothered by other people's complaints). If Mill Run has 1,100 apartments, they should have adequate staff to attend to all maintenance needs. Parking is an issue.

This is probably one of the staff member who lives there. The Parking stinks, we were offloading groceries from my husband's car after food shopping. They towed his car, with two neighbors, myself and my husband standing there. a neighbor offered to pay, they refused. We had to drive all the way to South Orange to recover his car after paying $250.00. We too had to buy extra heaters for the other rooms which drove our heating bill up tremendously. Stay Away from Mill Run. It's true I have proof the bathroom peels after a while. This is due to the spray over method they use. We are very educated people. We also lived on the Union side. This does not say anything. Ghetto is the word. Loud music, Cussing and everything else.

Well I am sorry that everyone feels that way! But trust and beleive I may live at Mill Run but do not want to work there. Everyone has their own personal experiences. Just becaue my experiences were not as others does not mean that I cannot enjoy living where I live. There are many other people here who believe that their experience here is very good! Now some of your experiences I must admit are the truth but I can only speak on my own behalf. Yes I also have things in my aparment that need to be fixed but in my case the bad does not outweight the good. I dont have a rodent problem or a neighbor problem. If any of you dont have those problems either then maybe you should be greatful, because someone somewhere is living worse than you and I are!

Are you kidding me?? Well now at least I know what the housing office does with our rent money...they spend it on people to post lies. Come on...admit it...you know you work for Swill Run!
