While I have lived here since 1997, it has been based on commuting to Phila., where I work..I Have had major things repaired since
living here, but my major/utmost concern of late has been the "rodent" problem..I was wondering wherte I could write and have this
situation investigated, but I have had several squirrel break ins, and damage to screens, etc. I awoke just this morning to a
noise coming from the heating unit, and
sounded like picking noises.This is not the
time of year I need to have a problem with my heater! We are overrun with squirrels, I have complained to management, but they claim they cannot remove them; its against the law! I cannot justify rising rent costs
and feel that my "home" is being destroyed.
Is there anyway we can, as a unit have this
maintenence problem investigated' I feel that
this particular complex capitalizes on the
fact that it is located where it is, but
doesn't factor in that to maintain that reputation, you must be fair with your
