Some people rating this apartment complex might be angry about something that happened not to long ago, so they write a bad review. That is understandable. However, heres an honest review of the last 10 months spent at Echelon Glen Apts:

The community is clean. Nice people live in the apartments and we havent had too many problems with the people. However, dont expect the office "staff" to help you with anything. You need to take care of problems by yourself. The staff tends to take sides of tenants that dont complain. Yes, you're right if you are thinking, "how do you get anything taken care of'" Unfortunately, you must complain in order for something to happen right' That's not the way they look at it. If you complain, youre on the crap list. This means that if there any problems down the line, dont expect any help. So far we have had loud neighbors for 5 months, cockroaches for 2 months, and no hot water for a 4 days. Remember that this is honest and I haven't exaggerated at all. If you want to pay $900 to deal with arrogant staff members (mainly the manager), cockroaches in your food, or being woken up at 3am or 6am in the morning for 5 months straight then Echelon Glen is for you. Take a look at how many people have complained on this website. That should tell you something right there. Furthermore, don't think that the 'office staff' doesn't know about this page, because they go on here and give themselves good ratings. Funny isn't it. I laughed too when I found out.

Thanks & Good luck in your search for a apartment and remember, you can live in the slums with bad landlords for a lot less than $900 a month.

A truly honest and straightforward opinion

It's just sad that real estate being what it is that you would be forced to live in a ---- hole like this place.
