I hope that the office staff is a little more courteous than they've been in the past when I move in the next few months. I read many negative things about this staff, and I agree with most of the things said. I have found only one of the ladies helpful. The rest have the biggest attitude problems. There were two or three situations that made me want to pack up and leave. They think they're always right (which they're not). They're very rude at times. They have a service of providing quarters and stamps, but everytime I go in for quarter or stamps, I get this attitude as if I'm bothering them. This has caused me to make as many trips there as possible. All I know is that if I treated my clients the way they treat their clients, I would have been fired many times over. Other problems consisted of excessive rent, tenant's children treating the parking lot like a playground, but most of all was that annoying attitude problem of the office people. They certainly are not there to help.
