I have been here for almost three years and although in the beginning I had problems with the front office staff - things have gotten much better the longer I have lived here. I do have a spider problem, but I think that is everywhere. If I have something that needs fixed it is fixed within a day or two of my calling the office and I always have a note left from the person who did the repair. The neighbors are alright but then no one seems to stay that long. The only problem is in the laundry room where people seem to think they don't have to share the facilities with anyone else and leave their things in the washers and dryers for hours, sometimes over the weekend, or if you take something that is dry out and put your things in come in and open the door to the dryer so that your stuff does not dry and you wasted a $1.25.
