I currently reside at Echelon Glen apartments and I just extended my lease term for an additional year. The neighborhood is exceptional, the cleanliness is exceptional, the repair people are great, the management always welcomes me; they are polite and they are taking care of all of my problems and I must let you know I have a very heavy foreign accent. Three days ago I gave them a list of repair needs of my apartment. The young lady in the office, immediately welcomed me, asked me how she could help me, and after she saw the list and as of today, three days later, 90% of the repairs have been completed. Denise, the Manager, is quite helpful and caring toward the needs of the tenants. I strongly recommend that you live in the community of Echelon Glen. Of course, no one is perfect; they need to consider a few things such as, putting washer and dryer into the apartments - this would be a great asset to the tenants. Other than this, the negative things are so small it is not even worth mentioning here.

Wait to see what happens when you move out. You became their enemy and they charge you for everything. Get ready to pay for replacing the entire carpet, even if you just cleaned it, regardless how long you lived there. In their scheme of things, that cheap carpet is intended to last forever. So, don't say that the reviews are not fair. They are fair. But you have to live in a decent place to see the difference. The staff is arrogant and inconsiderate.
