gas billing

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
What in the world is going on with the gas billing' It is 3 times higher (in july) than last year. Should we expect $400 bill in winter' I called the gas company and they said that the PROPERTY management asked for the new format that raised the bills that high.
