gas bill

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The gas bill came $273 for february 2005/ 2Bed, 3 occupants. Way too high. Some old residents that signed their contracts in 2002 don't pay utilities and the rest of us pay for them. How nice of us! The management does not care. Actually, it is one of the most careless management I have ever intereracted with.
