Overall I was very happy here. The apartment was nice and the landscaping (near the lake) is beautiful. I didn't have many maintenance problems but when I did, they were handled well. The only negative thing was how they handled the move out. They charged me $50 for the stupid plastic gym key card & deducted my gas bill payment from the security deposit even though I paid it timely. Make sure you get everything right when you move out or they'll keep your deposit.
