My husband and I moved here in May. We plan to stay a year, maybe a little more, until we save up to buy a home. Our unit is one of the Stockton II units and we adore it. Everything is brand new in here. Our kitchen is phenomenal, tons of closet space throughout the unit, tons of space PERIOD.
We had a few minor maintenance issues when we were going through our move-in checklist (went through the place a week before we actually moved in). I stopped in the next day to move some stuff in and lo and behold, EVERY SINGLE THING was fixed already!!!! I was thrilled. And the main office and maintenance has been extremely helpful and accomodating.
We moved in under a reduced rent price, paying 900 a month for a 1000 a month unit and we are thrilled with everything.
I HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

And the rent was reduced because?????? Nobody wanted the place given the state of the development. Tell us how blissful you are now, after not being able to park your car in a snow storm, or perhaps you have left for greener pastures with your security deposit left behind for defects you don't even know existed in your marvelous, wonderful apartment.
Hope they hired you. They can't keep nice people in the office or in maintenance.
