I just recently moved out of Echelon Glen and I have to say that I was very disappointed when I received my last bill. Ridiculous! They charged me for rugs that were 3 years old! Who does that! They were in good condition. I was even more disappointed when I called management for an explanation of my bill. Managment was horrible. I have never dealt with anyone that rude and insensitive in my entire life. It is pretty ridiculous that almost no one has received their security deposit back. I wonder when was the last time they were audited. It would be very interesting to see the findings. I have to say that the only service satisfaction that I received was from Maintenence. They were great. Managament was horrible.

I agree that the tenants have rigths to know the financial position of Echelon Glen and Paradigm-the Management company. It seems that they are not being audited and use security deposits and other charges to cover for financial difficulties. Only audit, including careful spefic audit of security deposits handling can help to establish at least some trust for Echelon Glen management.
