Well where do I start,
I was so pissed off that it took me until now to write about it.
piss poor from start to finish.
poor communication and bad attitude in getting in to the apt.
bug infested,poor construction that led to high heating and cooling costs. furnace broken for 3 days, no hot water for 3 days,
broken dishwasher 4 service calls and finally got a new one,
screens with holes. noisy, bad elements in most non white people(no prejudice intended)
loitering, loud talking ---- late at night.drinking outside with their girlfriends and making out in cars etc.
no inspection when I moved in but, lost 40% of my deposit when I moved out because of the idiots above me had their toilet overflow twice. I had to pay for the stained carpet even though they knew about it and tried to clean the spots.
all in all a freakin nightmare for a decent hard working person to to try and live here, let alone find a place to park your car. go live somewhere else you'll be happier.oh forgot to tell you about their billing for natural gas (minol sucks)and electric 130.00 a month to heat a 650 sq.ft. apartment preposterous b.s.
