it is ONE OF the worst places to live. Mgmt. attitude is I don't care all you get for rent is the apt. and nothing above or below. ABSOLUTELY rude management and INCOMPETENT. Very unsafe as the management thinks the security of the residents is not their problem.
Poor construction leads to higher electricity and gas bills.
Here is the clincher, some of the apts. that were rented prior to 2002 the electricity is free. So if you get into one of those buildings those guys would be blowing the AC and heater and the electricity bill will be equally divided by the number of residents in that building...SO in essence you would be paying for their high heating costs.
The village that is near by is a little better.
