Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
This place is a joke. The apartment looks nice enough, but has a laundry list of problems.
-The carpet is cheap and terrible
-The pipes clog and smell up your house
-The windows and doors leak air making your electric/gas bills sky high (our electric bill for July was $300 and it was NEVER below 80 degrees in our apartment!)
-The bathroom floor is soft, and the tub squeaks, we're waiting for it to fall through the floor!
-The grounds aren't kept well and there is WAY too much police activity going on here
-The maintnence men spend a good portion of their day parked outside under a tree on the phone or talking to each other
-The office staff is ditzy and rude, at best
-The washers in the laundry room are TERRIBLE
