Gangs, Sex in laundry rooms, No security deposit back, rude staff & maintance guys that no nothing

I live in Echelon Glen for a yr.. But have actually lived in Voorhees for several years.. I needed a place that was close to Osage where my kids go.. My stay was on temporary.. I couldn't take it no more.. The office is rude.. The maitenance staff is rude.. They can't fix anything.. Well after the fifth or sixth time, maybe.. Be prepared for the maintenace staff to be rude to you because they are treated like hell from the office staff.. Stuff is always breaking.. When they say natural wear and tear it doesn't mean that.. When I moved out they said they had to replace my carpets.. They said they took all measurements to save the carpet.. The measurements they took... Well they took the word of the maintenace guy.. This is the guys that come to fix stuff in your apartment drunk.. This is the guys that I had to tell them actually what to do to fix stuff that was broke.. So now they have gone to school for Carpet Staining Experties.. I saw the pictures they took and did not see any rips or tears in the carpet.. I also did not see any stains.. Be ready to get a lawyer when you move out like i have to do and like other ppl that have moved out had to do.. Also enjoy the grounds being filled with Geese droppings.. In the summer be ready to find the pool to below standards.. We couldn't even enjoy the pool because there was found metal pieces in the bottom, dirt and leaves on the several occasions we did go.. needless to say we stopped going.. The kids that are there, well lets just say I know a police officer in Voorhees and he says that they have Gang watches there.. Yes this is the worst area of Voorhees.. Yes there are kids/teenagers/adults that call themselves; Crips and also Bloods.. So be very careful when you are walking to your car at night.. Look into it there have been many beating inncidents.. And if you have kids you don't want to take them to the park that is provided because the police are always called there.. Then you have the laundry room... Kids hangout in the laundry room and have sex, smoke cigs and weed in the laundry room.. So if you like gangs, rude staff, filthy pool, stuff never getting fixed and no security deposit back.. Echelon Glen is for you..

FIRST OF ALL LEARN HOW TO WRITE THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE! SECOND, GET A CLUE! EVERYONE ON HERE COMPLAINS AND MOANS AND IT IS ALL A BUNCH OF LIES! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS AND THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL! THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT WRITE THEIR NASTY "OPINIONS" ON HERE ARE A BUNCH OF ILLITERATE IDIOTS WHO PROBABLY TRASH THEIR APARTMENTS, NEVER PAY THEIR RENT AND GET EVICTED - NOT MOVE OUT ON THEIR OWN BECAUSE THEY HATE IT HERE SO MUCH! TO EVERYONE WITH ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT ECHELON GLEN - SHUT UP AND MOVE OUT!

I have lived at Echelon Glenn for close to 1 year. I live in a three bedroom, 2 bath apartment which I love. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms very nice. The living and dinning room area look out onto my balcony, where I have a table and two chairs to enjoy breakfast on a beautiful morning or a romantic dinner at night. I never see gang members, just friendly neighbors walking their pets. I guess all experineces are relative and personal. Mine has been very good!
