The stairways are horribly dirty and stained... Management told us that they had plans to fix them but those plans never materialized during our stay... Tenents living there for sometime told us that the management has been telling them the same story for years...

The washing machine drain periodically clogged and it took days to get it fixed.

Upon moving out they charged us for replacing the carpet due to couple of stains which were there before we moved in... We did not list those stains in the "Move-in" report because we didn't notice one of them because it was hardly visible and the other was very small (size of a dime) and was no big deal to us...That turned out to be a mistake since they used them as an excuse to get new carpet at our expense...Another resident was charged for months of back rent even though she had payment reciepts..but the administration claimed that they don't have any records of payment!
