basic review - for more indepth read my response to a "pretty bad place" posted on 8/3 2007.

Rent was resonable when I moved in, but after a year and a half it nearly doubled, ouch!

The inside of the apt was pretty nice, but if you had a problem that needed to be fixed, good luck getting it resolved in under two weeks, and expect very rude behavior from maintence.

Parking sucked, unless you like walking....alot. Be prepared to have a shoe cleaner to clean all the goose droppings off your shoes.

be prepared to take pictures with time stamps or a video recording of your apt before you move in cuase they will tryn screw you out of your desposit every chance they get .

if you like the police this is a great place cause they were there nearly every night.

great gym though...that pales in comparison to the drawbacks.

be prepared for looks of disgust, head turns, or just blatant ignorance from your neighbors when you say hello or hi. Live there for a year and a half and not one person reciprocated my attempts at common courtsey

Quite to the contrary, Location Location is not an employee and as far as being retarded, I am a degreed professional gainfully employed. No, I did not move from the Ghetto, but I moved from Marlton, NJ where I lived for 15 years. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and Echelon Glen works well for me and my family in mainy ways. It is unfortunate that your experience was bad, but mine has been very good. The children here are the best and it warms my heart to see ------, -----, -----, -----, and all others playing together without any hang ups about ethnic origin. It is the people in the community that make the community and I am very pleased with my surroundings!

It's funny that you say your rent doubled...perhaps that exaggeration is also reflected in the rest of your review. I have never had a rent increase of more than $25 per month, and when I called the office the manager was more than willing to work with me. perhaps people looked at you in disgust and turned their heads because your ignorance was evident to them.
