Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
1. Rude, Arrogant management.
2. great looking from outside, but broken and mold-smell inside when you use A/C etc.,
3. No deposit back policy (that's internal and confidential though). They never say that.
4. I moved out in exactly 5 months. HORRIBLE units.
5. Outsourced Maintenance. So incompetent, miserly maintenance to cut corners and save money. No job is done right.
5. Roof may leak or fall on your head. But looks nice and clean as there 100s layers of pain coatings.
6. Who knows if they have lead in the water lines. "We don't know about that" policy you will sign.
7. MOVE-IN checklist is what MAY save you to fight. In my case, that doesn't look like the case. For record, I never paid from security after I moved out in the past. I live clean and I keep clean.
BOTTOM LINE IS: STAY AWAY AND THANK ME LATER
