The maintenance staff was very nice, and did their job when they came. The managers and associates on the other hand were the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. The day we told them we were moving out we got extremely bitchy attitudes from there on out. They decided to stop returning our calls for maintenance or any other matter after that point. They kept our entire security deposit when our apartment was SPOTLESS. Apparently, they neglect to put in the lease it is mandatory that each tenant replace carpet even if there is nothing wrong with it. They worked on our kitchen for what was supposed to be two days and ended up being three weeks, and which point the workers smoked in our apartment when we weren't there. When we called management, each time whomever we needed to talk to was "busy." As we were moving out Kristen, the associate, told us to return our keys on the first of the month. Turns out she was wrong and it was the 31st, and they took an extra $180.00 from us. When I tried to get that money back they of course were no help. The place looks nice but I would never ever ever recommend it to anyone after our awful experiences there.
