Many More HAPPY Residents Than Unhappy!

Have you ever noticed that more dissatisfied customers take time to write than satisfied customers' If your answer is Yes, than you understand that the same applies to apartment ratings. If one were to take a TRUE accurate survey of Echelon Glen residents, they would find that an "estimated" 90% are VERY happy. Unfortunately, it is the 10% that take the time to voice their complaints. I understand,but my experience was exceptionally good!
My maintenance problems were repaired in one day and my dealings with the staff, who have been characterized as rude, were pleasant and professional. Even when I had unexpected problems, they worked with me, and I kept my promises. Of course, if you don't pay your rent and do not respect and abide by community rules, you most definitely will have a problem, because those beautiful ladies are intelligent and articulate.
I want to go on record as saying that I absolutely loved my apartment. It was extremely spacious, beautiful and convenient. I recently moved because an M.D. decided to make me his Mrs., so we purchased a home.
If I had to do it over again, I would DEFINITELY choose Echelon Glen. I have a beautiful home now, but I still miss my balcony!
