I have lived here since November 2007, and sofar, so good. I rented the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and it is very spacious! The kitchen is huge as well as all the bedrooms. I haven't had a problem with any of the staff (they all seem friendly) and maintenance calls are answered promptly. The grounds are kept up very nicely, neighbors are quiet and friendly. The only negatives are that I got the apartment with the older windows and there are really bad drafts. I would suggest the newer windows over the newer cabinets. Another negative is that there are no washer/dryer hookups and there is only one laundry room (3 washers and 3 dryers) per building. You have to go over to the rental office to reload your laundry room card which is annoying. The area is great (there are many stores and of course the mall)Overall, I think it's a great place to live!

Just wait until you tell the staff you're moving out and see how friendly they are! I hope your experience goes better than mine, and since I agree with mostly everything else in the postivie aspects, I am curious to see how others like myself are treated in the move out process.

Don't let the looks fool you! The office staff are rude, the maintenance guys are OK but don't expect to get a new stove or a dishwasher they'll pull an old and dirty one out of an empty apartment and put it in yours. They charge you a fee for anything and everything and will talk to you as if you were an elementary student and they were your teachers.
