The person that wrote this review is obviously ignorant. Which is one of the many problems with this apartment complex...the people they rent to. Secondly, the garbage/recycling areas are disgusting. You must step over the garbage to put your garbage in the dumpster. Again, because of the people that live here, they are too lazy to actually lift the bags into the dumpsters. This is more like something you would see in the ghetto, not where you are paying over $1300 a month to rent, and where the income requirements are quite high.

I notice that a lot of responses to the negative reviews are "grow up" or "welcome to the real world". I get the feeling the person writing the responses works for Echelon Glen.
As a former tenant myself, I can vouch that the place is over priced for what you get. Also, they love to find ways to scam you out of your security deposit.
