With all the money I pay in rent, you'd think I would have my own parking space. If you work or shop past 6pm, forget parking near your own residence. They have the NERVE to charge EXTRA if you want your own spot.

Speaking of rent, my rent has increased $30 each year, the ceilings crack every 4-6 months, the electric wiring is awful, walls are thin, cheap rugs are hard to keep clean, and they keep half your security deposit when you move in order to PREPARE for the next (victim) tenant. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

this review is true...not only that but how convenient that the manager, her cop boyfriend, the maintenance supervisor and the assistant maintenance supervisor who all live at Echelon Glen have ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES so they obviously know the parking situation sucks, and they do not want to drive around for 1/2 hour only to end up parking a block away.

are you kidding me?!?! You can't walk a couple more steps to your apartment? You should probably start using the gym to shed off the extra poundage you got going on.

Welcome to REAL world. Get a life and be realistic. There is plenty of parking anytime within 50 feet of anywhere or just around the corner. You have got to be lazy or stupid... Parking lots are roomy and fairly well lit, unlike a lot of other neighboring places. They are only full next to the buildings themselves, and especially by the townhouses. But a short walk, let’s say to the mailbox area or in front of office present itself with over 20 unused, ever spaces. And it is quite easy to get an “assigned” or handicapped space by the way, all you have to do is to show a doctor's note and request it in writing: my pregnant neighbor got a temporary one! How’s that for accommodation?

you try having three young kids, go foodshopping and walk a block to your home!
