Lived at this apartment complex for 2 years. Parking can be good or bad depending on unit you are living in. Office staff were good to us from very beginning until end. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment, make sure that 3rd roomate is willing to deal with very limited space. Appliances in each apartment tend to be old but in very good shape. The only major problem are the noise and sound insulation, very bad! You could hear your neighbors from next door and below. Laundry rooms are okay, however they placed a rule were you can do laundry during certain hours, which is not fair for people who may work third shift or have heavy work schdeules. Too many apartments per building. As far as cabling and internet, beware because cable is split among 3 or more apartments -- really bad experience with that. Maintenance is really good, always willing to respond within the first 24 hours per request. One other observation, most residents have really bad habits with picking up after their pets. In addition, if you are a holiday spirit person don't get too excited about decorating your apartment because there are all kind of speculations that limit to you decorating only the interior of your apartment. Too many rules, only a few right ones who most do not obey. However, complex is located in good area with access to everything you can possibly think of. The only thing that concerned us most was overpopulation of area, especially since Voorhees Twp Center (former Echelon Mall) has been reopening. One final comment, the rent should be lower than what they charge, considering all the money and inconvenience you go through in laundry room as well as apartment conditions. Overall experience was okay but do not recommend for someone who is looking to rent for long term period. Two years was good and enough for us.
