Most insensitive to existing customers

I have never ever seen any organization being so insensitive to needs of existing customers in any business. They focus all their energies in attracting new customers and once a customer is in, they are in the trap!
They will not heed to any complaints, neither will they fix any problem, worse they will blame you for the problem if they have too... Take an apartment on the first floor and if you see bugs around your place and complaign to them, they will fine you!! They will also charge rent as per the price list (which is deliberately set high) if an existing customer wants to move to a different apartment.
To stay the staff is a pain to deal with is an understatement, the manager will never have time and the staff can only read from the book.
