At first glance everything seems okay. The office staff appear to be nice initially. Remember to be friendly with the office staff as this will enable you to get your maintenance requests handled expediently. Once you sign the lease and give a deposit, you are officially sucked in! Maintenance is almost non-existent. Be prepared to do your own repairs. Emergency maintenance service is no better. The walls are paper thin so don?t expect to have much privacy. You will hear you neighbors as they come and go. You can?t alway judge a book by its cover!
