Not amenable to satellite dish owners

I looked at this complex. The apartment was very nice with ample room. However, they said no when it came to my satellite dish. Unfortunately, the Telecommunications Act of 1996 will allow an apartment complex forbid the installation of a dish if the apartment doesn't have a patio or balcony, which none of them do. However, from viewing the layout of the apartments and property, a dish can easily, tastefully, and discretely be installed without any obstruction. Although the complex is legally accurate, in my view thay were being difficult. However, that was fine since there were other complexes that offered more within the same price range that didn't have a problem with my dish.
