I've lived her a number of years.
My only complaint recently is the poor upkeep of the grounds.

The sidewalks are poorly maintained. There are large patches of unseeded grass areas and construction markers (flags, spray paint markers, etc) are never removed, even when construction is finished.

The pool area is a disgrace with geese and duck feces surrounding the pool which is half-filled with stagnant, stinking water.

Robin Hill needs to hire better landscapers who can spruce up this property.

On a positive note, the apartments are warm and comfortable.

Those were my thoughts when I went to visit as a potential resident. Outside didn't look so good, especially the pool. I wouldn't try to use it in the summer... But the inside of the upgraded 1 bdrm seemed nice and spacious. On the other hand, the standard apartments definitely need to be upgraded... I don't know what the noise will be like that others mentioned, but we'll see. The rent is not bad for the area, and I am about to sign a lease.

Is the rent for this place really $900 for a 1BR? How the hell is that even possible? Is everyone out of their friggin minds around here? Who wants to pay $900--or even $850--for a 1BR apartment?! Un-friggin-believable.

sorry for your problems. we people need to get together and start a class action suit. I am being illegaly evicted for calling the police and notifying management that I did so. A day later I get an eviction notice. Tuff apples huh.
