Maintenance/Parking From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have been here since May 2002 and maintenance has been an absolute joke the entire time. It took 4 months of phone calls to get my air conditioner taken care of and that only happened after I presented a note from my doctor to the "District Manager." I have also been calling about my carpeting...still waiting! A rodent of some sort ate its way through my floor and carpet!!! They fixed that with cement!!! My dryer was never fixed. My dryer also vents into the bathroom...gave up on that maintenance request. Windows in the bedroom need to be replaced (very drafty) and the vent in my bedroom does not work...hot in the summer, cold in the winter. I ALWAYS know when my neighbors are having sex! Parking has become an absolute joke. Numerous people from other buildings park in front of my building leaving the residents of my building without a parking spot. There are presently 2 cars parked in front of my building that have been there since 06/06/03 and have not moved. I have called the office numerous times since the problem began back in December 2002 and I am always told they are working on it! For all the time they are supposedly spending on this solution...it better be damn good!
