I recently attended a Tenants Association meeting and was impressed with their professionalism. They certainly are not a bunch of complainers,as a previous reviewer stated, but instead I found them to be complimentary of the improvements that have taken place and understanding of the problems of operating an apartment complex.
All these people want is to get what they are entitled to, and that is having requested maintenance performed within a reasonable time - something that was not being done (and still is not being done to a great degree).
Remember, your rent includes more than just a roof over your head.
