Handyman special! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/23/2002 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002   You will have to do your own repairs! Calling maintenance is like calling the local tavern and asking anybody who has been there all day, to come over and do some repairs. If you want the repairs done by the staff; good luck! It will take 5 to 10 tries and still will need to be done by a professional. Maybe if you offer them some beer after they do the work, it might help. (Then again, maybe not if they show up with the shakes.) The front office will be nice once in a while to appease you, but dont let them foul you. Once you have been here long enough, it just their way of saying screw you. They say no pets allowed, but still have not done a thing about all the new tenants with pets. They did not even have to sneak them into their apartments, because the staff is to busy hiding and partying to notice.
