Before you move in check it out and take your own photos. The walls are then, the building gets very, very, very hot in the summer and winter. The locks on the outside doors are always broken... unsafe. check the windows for water leakage... the building is just OLD.... look closely at the ceilings for water stains and check unter the sink for mildew..... yeap.... wish i DID
